Couldn’t pair to the app

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The item came packaged very nicely and securely but I had an issue with getting mines to pair to the app so I couldn’t use it. I made it far enough to sign up my account and pair the sensor but couldn’t go further due to it kor connecting so I’m not sure how to get it to function. The instructions were very helpful in figuring how to setup the sensor and put the pieces together. The needle is smaller and thin and it’s an easy application but given my app didn’t work I can’t really use this. Can’t review further because without pairing to the app you can’t see anything and there’s no area to get help for pairing issues

Lingo makes it possible to avoid pricking my finger each 15 minutes. Small size, easy setup, high reliability! Smart monitor without any maintenance, I ordered Lingo for my husband too!

Super cool device!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will be honest I was very hesitant to start my 2 week lingo journey.. I had never used a glucose monitor and was worried it would hurt going on. However, I felt ZERO pain/discomfort when I applied the sensor- I expected a pinch or something but honestly, it was NOTHING. I really enjoyed seeing my glucose levels changing throughout the day and night depending on my diet. The only complaint I have is the app kept losing signal with the monitor. The suggestion was to toggle off Bluetooth or restart my phone, I tried that each time and it usually didn’t help. Other than that, I really enjoyed this product and had zero irritation or discomfort with it. Removing it was super easy and also pain free, the redness/marks in my picture went away within 5-10 minutes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had no idea what I was going to think about wearing a glucose monitor. I am pretty active and have a very clean diet. This experience really opened my eyes and showed me what a difference ORDER of foods can play in your glucose levels and how you feel. The app and monitor are easy to set up and apply. It didn’t hurt at all. The monitor is lightweight and you can’t even tell it’s there. I can’t speak to the calibration or accuracy since I have nothing to compare it to, but my readings were in line with my activity and food intake, so I believe it was accurate. The app has so many helpful prompts, tools, challenges and more - anyone could easily use one of these monitors. I had no issues with the monitor falling off or even becoming loose. My biggest takeaway is that I should try to avoid starting meals with sugar or carbs. Even though I track my macros, I wasn’t paying attention to the order I ate things. I would highly recommend Lingo to anyone wanting to learn more and dial in on their health.

Really good insight to your health

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't speak on accuracy of the device as I have no way to compare Lingo results to my actual glucose. The most interesting part of using this biosensor was learning that stressful moments can spike my glucose. I thought only what we ate did that. It has taught me to breathe and try to remain calm during stressful events. It has remained attached to my arm but after showering the first time with it on, I noticed it started to get itchy and I tried to keep it from being soaked. The app is nice and very informational with challenges and recipes in addition to your readings. My biggest dislike it that I couldn't close out the app and it seemed to really drain my battery on my Samsung s25 Ultra. All of my fitness apps run in the background without leaving the app open. If that was fixed I would probably use this again.

Super easy to use CGM!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So this was my first time using a CGM, but it’s something I’ve been wanting to do for a while to see how different foods affect my energy levels throughout the day. Getting this out of the box, it seems intimidating but it was super easy to use. To take the applicator, grab the sensor, then place it in a location on your body and press down. In a split second it pierces your skin with a good pinch, and the sensor is applied. This thing held on strong for the full 14 days as well, even though I kept brushing it with a towel out of the shower and also it stuck on top of some hair! The metrics in the app were also super insightful. At first it’s a bit confusing as to your “lingo score” but the app walks you through that after a couple days of data. But it’s really cool to see in real time how your glucose levels rise and drop after meals. You’re able to log all the food and drink that you have within the app, and immediately see the impact it has on your glucose levels and translate that to my daily energy. Removal was also super easy and painless as well, just peel it off and toss it in the trash! Will likely be purchasing this again as I shift my diet to monitor how food affects me!
