Pretty useful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this app for a bit and initially was scared to try it thinking it would be very complicated but once I figured it out it was easy to use.
Great thing is lessons are short and bearable for me as I do not have time and patience for long complicated stuff.I get thru it easily and learning useful information.
If you need something simple to manage I would definitely recommend it to give it a try.

Needs more learning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had really high hopes for this device as I’ve started to take my health much more seriously. There were some positives, but a majority of things I would have liked to see differently.
On the positive side, setup was extremely easy. The product is packaged well and getting it on your arm is quick. It’s well built and simple to understand.
Unfortunately, that’s where it goes down hill. For starters, it really needs a new onboarding flow. I spent nearly a week trying to figure out what I’m supposed to do.
Additionally, I’m not sure if I just had different expectations but I was really hoping to see how different food groups impacted me. In the end, all I confirmed was that when I eat sugar, it goes up.
I might not have been the target market, but it would have been nice to have some clearer understanding of how to best use the product and read the data.

Easy to apply for real-time monitoring healthy eating habits

Setup was simple and quick. The sensor was easy to apply with minimal discomfort, and the companion app connected seamlessly, providing real-time glucose data. The app interface is clean and intuitive, making it easy to track trends and see how meals or exercise affect glucose levels.
The biggest benefit is the insight it provides. Seeing real-time glucose responses helped me identify which foods caused spikes and make more informed dietary decisions. It’s especially useful for uncovering unexpected reactions to foods that seem healthy.

Great product that fills a unique gap!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always wondered about my blood sugar. I've always had good A1C values but beyond that I didnt know much knowledge or experience. Since I'm not diabetic or prediabetic theres no reason for me to have a glucose monitor, so no Dr would order one and no insurance would cover it. This fills that gap! Its a unique chance to see whats really going on with our bodies! For the first few days I kept my normal routine to see what my values would be. It was really interesting to see how what I was eating and when I ate it affected my blood sugar! The app adjusts your goal values based on your baseline readings which is very helpful in order to make improvements and make better choices. I really appreciated that the app gives options to enter many different foods, exercise, and even life events that could affect blood sugar that I wasn't aware of, like stress! After a few days I was making better choices because I saw how my levels were affected. There are also options in the app for challenges that can give you more insights to your specific triggers and how your body reacts. I really enjoyed my experience with the Lingo device and app, and would love to try it again after making some changes to see what has improved!

Easy to use and painless

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The device is small, circular patch that attaches easily to the back of your upper arm, and it delivers real-time glucose readings straight to the app. It is easy to read and easy to use to help make little changes to avoid glucose spikes and crashes. It's such a relief to have a painless method to track glucose levels rather than pricking my finger. Being able to check my levels at a glance makes it much easier to make smarter food choices throughout the day and helps me avoid unnecessary snacking. It has helped me stay on top of my diet, lifestyle, and overall well-being and made it so easy to do so! I definitely would recommend!

Accurate Tracking💕

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok so I have been using Lingo for a few days and here are my thoughts. I love the fact that I can now track my glucose whenever needed accurately without being diabetic. It also tracks your activities as well and how what you do/eat can affect it.
Next is the application. Normally I trulyyyyy hateeeeee needles. Like scared. But I sucked it up and honestly didn't even notice anything puncher me. It was 123. Removal of the device was just as easy. This is a subscription service device so you'll be expecting that. If you're on a health journey or needle help with tracking, start with lingo💖

This is game changer in my self care routine.

The setup process was extremely easy and it took me about twenty minutes to get everything setup for first time use. Everything is monitored on the app and now I am able to see how my body reacts to different food and activities. I am able to make a better meal prep and diet plan for my busy day to day life. It was very comfortable to put it on my arm and I didn’t feel any discomfort at all. I would definitely recommend this to everyone who is trying to better their daily self care routine and to monitor what they eat and how your body reacts to certain foods.
