Great insight into glucose levels

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been really enjoying this CGM! I’ve always wanted to try one but was scared it would hurt to put it on. The pain was minimal and I love the insight into my glucose levels throughout the day! It’s painless once inserted and connects to the app seamlessly. I would definitely use it again in the future!

Easy to use

The data showed up an hour after and connecting it to my phone was so easy literally just a tap. The data is something I really love since I am seeing what affects my glucose and by how much. I would get this product again

Painless, small, easy to set up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will start with sharing that I was being a little hesitant to start using the lingo device because I was anticipating it being painful to apply. I let it sit in the box for so long after purchasing because I was nervous. I kid you not, there was ZERO pain upon applying. I had to double check that I’d even applied it to my arm because I was in so much disbelief….so, all of that worrying for nothing! I want to assure everyone who’s wanting to try this, but is hesitant about the needle part…you won’t feel it at all. The app is easy to connect, you just hold your phone close to the sensor on your arm, like you are scanning an at at the grocery store. Inside the app, you will find your data being tracked, you can set goals for yourself, there are informational articles on healthy eating/living, free recipes, and even fun challenges you can join to make if feel more competitive. It has a pretty slim profile, but one thing I would like to see in the future is cute, pattern designs to really make it match my personality. It also doesn’t give alerts, so you should use this only to help track your own data trends and make changes to your diet. It’s more of a biohacking tool for learning about your own body and how to improve daily habits and not to alarm you of sudden spikes or drops in glucose. But it’s convenient and comfortable to wear and be able to track your own glucose trends, as a consumer. The adhesive was strong and non irritating to me. I forgot that I was wearing the device.

Easy to use glucose monitor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve loved using this glucose monitor and being able to track my glucose levels. It was easy to apply and stayed on without falling off. It’s easy to use and it was really cool being able to see what things affected my glucose levels. I would prefer it to be more discreet and not have to wear it on the back of my arm. I also wish it would give more information on what all the data means. It’s an awesome thing to have though if you want more insight on your health data. Definitely have loved using this!

Helpful insight into how my body responds

The sensor is discreet and comfortable to wear, and the app makes the information easy to follow without feeling overly complicated. I especially appreciate being able to see which foods caused bigger spikes and how even a short walk can make a difference. It has helped me become more mindful of my daily choices without making me feel restricted. Easy to wear glucose monitor

The best part was the continuous monitoring of my glucose since it’s something I need to keep track of for my physician and before lingo I would forget to take my levels and this just helped me stay on track.
