[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the Lingo continuous glucose monitor for two weeks and I've really enjoyed this experience. The sensor was surprisingly easy to apply and comfortable to wear. After the first day, I barely noticed it was there.
What I found most interesting was seeing how different foods affected my glucose level in real time. I expected foods like rice and oatmeal to cause large spikes, but my results were much more balanced. On the other hand, foods like marshmallows caused a bigger response than I expected. It has been eye- opening and has helped me make more informed choices about my meals.
The app was easy to navigate and provided helpful insights, trends, and weekly summaries. I especially liked being able to track patterns throughout the dayv and understand how exercise, meals, and snacks impact my glucose levels.
Overall, Lingo has made me more mindful of my eating habits and has given me valuable information about my body's response to food.

User friendly, informative. Wish the connectivity was a little better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok!! So, day 14, and I really wanted to give an honest response! Let's start by saying the application was very easy and pain-free. After the first 3 days, you forget you even have it on. App was easy to install and set up. I put mostly all the functions to the test. I like how you can add meals and times to see where your levels are pre and post meal, add in workouts, and the duration of the workout. Im active and worried that it might not hold the stick, but it held all 14 days.
I think the only thing I wish could have been a little. Better is the connectivity, while at the gym, it would disconnect often. Then you would have to turn your Bluetooth off and then back on for the device re register again. Battery life was good. I did notice that on the app it does have a little orange dot that would make me think that the battery life is coming to an end.

Great for those that like data but can feel uncomfortable throughout exercise and sleep.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ll start with the positive: I liked having data and insights to my glucose levels that informed how my diet and exercise shaped up during this first trial. I didn’t like the idea that I’d need to continue buying sensors. From a daily impact perspective, I could feel it continuously and it made my workouts and sleep more uncomfortable than the usual. Don’t get me wrong, it was light in terms of weight and had great battery life, I was looking forward to the day I could remove it. All in all, helpful data but don’t find it to be a necessity.

Prevention is key and this data is valuable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to try this out because my grandparent has diabetes so I know it’s something to watch out for. I love that this allowed me to take a preventative approach using data over time. It’s easy to use and log meals, stress, exercise, and moods. At times it showed a loss of connection and seemed like it wasn’t tracking but the data does appear and it tracks the whole time. I feel good knowing that I’ll have data to base decisions on that are custom to how my body reacts to foods, and other factors. I’m definitely happy to have given this a try. It was also easy to put on and stays put.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first got the lingo glucose monitor I was a little worrisome with applying it to my body howveer it was one of the most easy ways of applying one of these. It was so quick and simple to where I was able to do it on my own. It was also spring loaded so it was FAST. While using it, i did however have difficulties of watching my arm it was applied to so I did hit it off but even when I did hit it, it was stuck there. I will most likely be buying this on my own and seeing how far this will help with monitoring

Wish it connected to Bluetooth better

I have type 2 diabetes. I’m not on insulin so my health insurance doesn’t cover these devices. It’s really helpful to see how what you eat affects your glucose. My only complaint is how the buggy the Bluetooth connection is . I can see my TV my bathroom fan has a Bluetooth even a cheap microphone from the dollar store connected but the device an arms length away constantly disconnects or won’t connect forcing me to turn Bluetooth on and off .
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
