[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoyed Lingo glucose monitor because the insertion process was seamless, directions were easy, and readings are quick and accurate. You can also log your meals to pin point what foods are causing your glucose to spike.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been wearing the Lingo Continuous Glucose Monitor for about 2 weeks now and its been eye opening. I had no idea how much my blood sugar was fluctuating throughout the day based on what I was eating, when I was moving, and even how stressed I was.
Setup was super simple - the app walks you through everything step by step. Putting the sensor on my arm took maybe 30 seconds. Once it's on, you forget it's even there.
What I love most isnhow much this thing teaches you. The app has a whole resource section with educational articles, guides on how to read your Lingo graph, and even recipes. There's also a challenges tab that keeps you motivated, and a weekly snapshot that gives you a real overview of how your body responded to the week. You can log meals, track your blood sugat graph in real time, and it integrates with Google Health and Apple Health so your workouts sync automatically.
This isn't just a tool for diabetes, its for anyone who wants to understand their body better. Highly recommen if you're into wellness and biohackjng your everyday habits.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was nervous to put this on my arm, taking the circle part out and seeing the needle made me nervous. I ended up asking my husband to put it on and for as long as the needle looked I was so surprised because I didn’t feel a thing! It does suggest putting it on the back of the arm and not where tattoos or moles are (I had my husband put it on a blank part of my tattoo/back arm). It stays on really well, I’ve had no problem of it falling off between being active, showering etc it’s still as great as it was the first day on my arm. The design is so small, simple and sleek. You don’t even feel it if you’re sleeping on your arm. The app is amazing! I didn’t know much about glucose besides the fact that mine might be off due to not being able to loose weight since having three kids. The app explains everything — what each marker means, why it matters, what info you should be adding & so much more. The graphs are also a huge bonus to be able to look at your levels and see them on a graph whether you want to know what it’s looked like for a single day or multiple days/weeks. I highly recommend this to anyone questioning their glucose levels and wanting to understand what’s happening in their body better!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great device, with amazing accuracy into glucose levels. It was very easy to install and extremely comfortable to have on. The app is very easy to use and navigate. I would recommend to anyone trying to learn more about their body and get a sense of their glucose levels.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a fun couple of weeks to see how food spikes my glucose. It turns out if I eat good and balanced there is no big spike. Exercise affects it too which is interesting. It’s almost like you can cancel out a regular food spike with a walk. Protein with every meal helps. I ate pizza for breakfast one time and it spiked my glucose pretty big. I have to say there were some days where I felt like I was crashing but the evidence did not show this glucose wise. It was very easy to apply and I didn’t have any adhesion issues at all. It was an interesting two weeks. I was sick of it after a week but got so used to it after two weeks I was sad for it to turn off once my subscription was up.
Easy to use, comfortable to wear, and a great way to learn how food affects your glucose levels.

The sensor stayed securely in place and was comfortable to wear.Overall,it was a helpful and informative experience, especially for someone who had never used a CGM before.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found it fascinating to know what my blood glucose was and really liked having the Lingo Continuous Glucose Monitor keep track of it. When it says continuous, that is not an understatement. You literally know at any time what your glucose is and the only time there was any inaccuracy was when I was way out away from a coverage area and completely lost my phone signal. Even then it was only for a few minutes. Having the healthy range was super helpful and too, along with the daily averages. I also liked the challenges because they really helped me understand how to keep my blood glucose steady and helped me to establish good habits like moving after meals. It was interesting to see what my body responded to and what it didn't. I was fascinated to see that corn mace my glucose shoot up higher than sweets! I think this is a great tool to maximize health and make it personal for your own body. The Lingo score never made sense to me though. I watched all of the videos and looked at all of the help tools and it still never made sense to me what it was. I did watch the video on how to apply the monitor and did not realize how much it would hurt going in or that there would be so much blood. It said that occasionally people nick a blood vessel and I guess I did that because there was so much blood that my monitor didn't work at first. I don't think that is common though and it's really not anything that is avoidable, it might just be good to put a little bit of a warning so people don't get concerned. The reason I said this was good and not excellent is because I think it does exactly what a glucose monitor is supposed to do but the proprietary part of the lingo score isn't really any added value.
