I am very happy with the Lingo glucose monitor. It is easy to apply and does not hurt at all. It helps me to see what foods are good for me.and what foods aren't.

Knowledge That Changed My Habits

I purchased the Lingo biosensor because I wanted to better understand how my body actually responds to food rather than relying on assumptions.
The sensor and app have been excellent. They're easy to use, the data is clear, and the insights have been genuinely educational. Seeing my glucose response in real time has helped me understand which foods work well for me and which don't.
More importantly, it has changed my behavior. Instead of guessing, I'm making decisions based on data. Combined with improvements in diet, exercise, and my physician's treatment plan, the information from Lingo has helped me make meaningful progress toward improving my health.
I appreciate that the app focuses on education rather than judgment. It has become one of the most useful health tools I've purchased, and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to better understand how their body responds to what they eat.

I bought the monitor just to allow me to see how my eating was effecting my sugar. It has opened my eyes. I know how to fuel my body that will not cause the spikes.

I bought Lingo to track my real time glucose levels . It was able to show me what causes the really high peaks. It also gave a lot of information and tips nohow to manage those peaks. Exercise, as easy as ten squats can make a difference.

Easily Track and Improve your Eating Habits

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Lingo Glucose Monitoring System is a fool proof way to track your health through eating. Foods you are sensitive too, and how well your body is responding. I am not diabetic, so I had never used anything like this. The directions are easy to follow and the app is super user friendly. I love that there are little challenges and tests that will improve your day to day habits. The packing was small and easy to open, very sterile. I wore mine for about two weeks before it needed to be removed.
