Im a truck driver my laptop get thrown around all the time plus the power on the road is not always the cleanest. But as stated your memory operates flawless.

Durable with optimal read/write

This thing is fast. Boot times are crazy quick, files load instantly, and it just works. No complaints there.
What I really like is that it feels built to last. The endurance rating is solid, so I'm not worried about it dying on me anytime soon. For the price, that peace of mind is worth it.
Installation was super easy—just popped it in and went. No fuss.
If you need speed and reliability without breaking the bank on the fancier stuff, grab this one. You won't be disappointed.

Love the increase in speed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I installed this in my AI workstation and honestly it's been a great call. Mainly wanted more speed but it delivers in both speed and storage capacity. It is way faster than my previous drive, especially when I am loading big files for AI stuff.
Ran my own benchmarks and got numbers right around what is advertised. Even just booting up and opening apps feels snappier now, not just the heavy workload stuff.
Install was super easy, plug and play, zero issues since. One thing though, check your motherboard's M.2 slot before buying, and make sure you install it in the correct slot. Some boards have multiple M.2 ports but only one or two actually run at full speed, so plugging into the wrong one can hold back performance.
No regrets, would get it again.

Fast, reliable storage

This drive has made a real difference in day-to-day performance, with sequential read speeds of 7,250 MB/s and write speeds of 6,450 MB/s. Game updates, installs, and load times are so much faster now. I'm spending a lot less time waiting for games to load and more time getting to what's important.
When paired with my graphics card, I've been able to push all my game settings to max levels without hesitation. I haven't noticed any stuttering or slowdown, even with several AAA titles installed alongside recording software running in the background. The combination of speed and stability has made this build feel effortless.

Amazing amount of roomThis drive is awesome. The extra space gives me so much peace of mind, and everything loads super fast too. It's a huge relief not having to worry about hitting a storage limit anymore. Zero complaints.

Finally have room to breathe

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My laptop came with a 512GB drive which seemed fine at the time, but between Windows and a couple of games it filled up fast and I was constantly uninstalling something to make room for something else. Swapping this one in was easier than I expected, honestly. One screw, cloned the old drive over, and it booted first try, which surprised me because I had set aside most of an afternoon for it to go wrong.
Difference was noticeable pretty much right away. Boot is quicker, big folders copy over a lot faster than they used to, and stuff that used to sit there loading just opens now. Moved a good chunk of files at once and it never bogged down or got warm enough that I worried about it.
Only thing I'd say is check that your laptop actually takes M.2 NVMe first, mine did but not every machine does. Other than that, no complaints. 2TB is a lot of room.

I bought 980 Pro m.2 for my gaming/video editing desktop a couple years ago and haven't had any problems with it. So naturally after I bought a new gaming laptop (rtx5090 system) I knew which super fast storage I would get. The first time I installed it and booted the computer it didn't read the new SSD, however, I pulled the card off the board and then put it back on and the MB read it immediately. I've been using it for a couple months now and it performs as advertised. Prices are higher right now, but that isn't Samsungs fault.
