Excellent machine

Happy with the machine though I was surprised when the pedestal didn't have a drawer. There weren't any examples in the store so I didn't know that until it was set up

This machine has been a game changer for us. Does a great job cleaning and the spin out is fantastic. This unit is saving me time and money. My utility bills have gone down and it completes it's cycles very quickly. I am looking for using this for many years to come.

Quieter than our Maytag front load. We’ve had this washer for about a month and so far are pleased with it.

Wish we would have purchased a Speen Queen years ago. We could not be happier with this washer. No more shake rattle & roll.

We're sorry to learn of this. While it is routine for appliances to be run empty and tested in the factory, we wouldn't anticipate anything showing up with damage. We'd recommend reporting and concealed damage to the retailer directly, but our Customer Support is also available to help. You can reach us at 800-552-5475 (Monday to Friday; 8:30am – 4:00pm Central Standard Time).

A truly fine product. Worth every cent!

We do not know how we did not own a Speed Queen sooner. The washer is a beast. All cycles run very smoothly. Very easy to operate. The spin cycle is the most quiet we have heard (or not heard).
