Drum scratches and stains easy

We're sorry to learn of this. While it is routine for appliances to be run empty and tested in the factory, we wouldn't anticipate anything showing up with damage. We do not know how we did not own a Speed Queen sooner. The washer is a beast. All cycles run very smoothly. Very easy to operate. The spin cycle is the most quiet we have heard (or not heard).
I would recommend this to a friend!

So far no issues. It's built like a tank. Hardly any plastic. The build quality reminds me of the old Maytag washer my mother had. That one lasted 26 years!

There is marks scratches in the drum I sent in photos and was told it was not covered by the warranty. They are apparently covered by a clear coat because the surface is smooth.
Went to the dealer to discuss my options and they had one on display that looked exactly like mine.How do you think that looks like to a prospective customer? If I would've had the chance to look at one before I purchased I most certainly would not have purchased a Speed Queen it looks rinkydink.Shows a lack of Quality.

Happy with my Speed Queen

So fare, about 1 month or so in, I’m very happy with my new Speed Queen. She’s sleek and efficient with an easy to use panel. And I love than I can just put my laundry sheets directly into the tub. She’s does a great job and I love the 5 year parts and labor warranty too!
