NEED A WASHING MACHINE SPEED GUEEN IS THE BEST

This SPEED QUEEN has all the BELLS and WHISTLES, my old machine was 20 years old and the SPEED QUEEN is a WONDERFUL machine.

Commercial Washer Caused Operational Challenges fo

As a wildlife rehabilitation center, reliable laundry equipment is not a convenience, it is essential to the care of the hundreds of animals that come through our facility. Every day we wash towels, bedding, blankets, and other materials needed to maintain a clean, sanitary environment for injured and orphaned wildlife.
We purchased a Speed Queen commercial washer at the beginning of May specifically because we needed a machine capable of handling larger loads efficiently. Unfortunately, the washer has not met our expectations. The drive belt has come off twice since installation, resulting in unexpected downtime and disrupting our daily operations.
After the first issue, we were told we were overloading the washer. However, we were washing fewer than the manufacturer's recommended standard load of 8 to 10 towels. The entire reason we invested in a commercial washer was to avoid having to run multiple small loads throughout the day.
It was later discovered that the washer had been delivered and installed without the leveling legs. We are still waiting for the necessary parts to arrive so the washer can be properly installed and evaluated.
When a commercial washer is out of service, it has a direct impact on our mission. Laundry quickly accumulates, staff spend valuable time trying to work around the issue, and the care of our wildlife patients becomes more difficult. In a rehabilitation facility where cleanliness is critical to animal health, dependable equipment is not optional.
We remain hopeful this issue will be resolved promptly and that the washer will ultimately perform as expected. However, our experience so far has been disappointing, particularly given the investment made in what we believed would be a dependable commercial-grade machine.

Programmed for durability

I purchased this washing machine because my 2-year-old GE front loader died on me. I was tired of appliances with programmed failure built into them, like the GE front loader. Every part of the Speed Queen front loader is designed for durability. It was not inexpensive, but I see this purchase as an investment.

Happy with the machine though I was surprised when the pedestal didn't have a drawer. There weren't any examples in the store so I didn't know that until it was set up

This machine has been a game changer for us. Does a great job cleaning and the spin out is fantastic. This unit is saving me time and money. My utility bills have gone down and it completes it's cycles very quickly. I am looking for using this for many years to come.
