so easy to use

We downsized 5 years ago and went with a smaller dryer, was not happy with it.
Did our research and found Speed Queen was American made, which is a major part of our decision purchases.
I love the large capacity drum, ease in using the control panel.
Clothes come out dry, queen size bedding has room to move.

I got tired of replacing my appliances every few years, so I invested in Speed Queen and so far I'm loving them, and so happy just sorry I didin't purchase sooner.

disappointment with product

Can't use the STEAM REFRESH which I need this feature frequently. Aslo, clothes are coming out wrinkled. Dispenser is located to where I have trouble filling with a large detergent bottle with a pump. Doors for washer & dryer hard to close without having to slam them.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

To use the Steam Refresh, set the dryer to Steam Refresh and adjust the fabric selector to Delicate, Perm Press, or Regular to initiate a 30-minute medium heat steam cycle. If you set the fabric selector to Heavy Duty instead, it will change this to a 20-minute high heat steam cycle. If this feature is not working as intended, please let our Customer Support Line know at 800-552-5475, Monday to Friday (8:30am – 4pm Central Standard Time). Should have any additional questions or concerns about either your washer or dryer, definitely share those with us to so we can help!

Excellent Clothes Dryer

The performance of this clothes dryer is excellent. The control panel is simple and intuitive to operate, the clothes come out of the dryer perfectly dried, and lint filter is a breeze to keep clean.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is by far the finest unit I have ever owned. The washer and dryer was received four months after they were ordered. It was two months later before the pedestals came. Six months all together.
I would recommend this to a friend!
