App Automatic Tasks Feature Broken

Support tech Kath had no idea how to fix it and would not offer an escalation path, issue not resolved. Frigidaire app does not execute automated tasks as they are configured. Manual commands to the dehumidifier works but automated tasks like turn off at x time does not work. Please fix the app to actually perform the features you advertise or reach out because I am not sitting on the phone or talking to your AI support to just be told turn it off and on again. Stand behind your advertised features and make them operational. I will update review when the issue is fixed or a non AI support person reaches out with an actual solution that works.I tried this on Ios and Android fresh installs and yes I turned it off and on again...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Disappointed

I bought this dehumidifier in November, started using it in December. It’s now showing an E1 code and won’t work! I searched the manual and looked for any information online on how to fix it, found nothing. I bought a Frigidaire because it’s supposed to be a solid company. It did work great until it didn’t.

We recommend turning the unit off, unplugging it for a few minutes, and then plugging it back in to reset it. Also, ensure the air filter is clean and the bucket is properly installed. Great features

I’ve been very impressed with my Frigidaire dehumidifier. It does an excellent job of pulling moisture out of the air, and I noticed a difference in the humidity level within just a few hours of using it. My basement feels drier, smells fresher, and the air is much more comfortable.
I would recommend this to a friend!
