I just bought my new house and tried the fridge for the first time to get some water and nothing came out, I looked up some videos about the fridge and it looks like the water line froze and I need to get a kit to fix it. I think it is crazy that this fridge was given to me with these known issues.

We're glad to assist with water dispenser of your refrigerator. First, make sure the water supply line to the refrigerator is turned on. A saddle valve is often used to connect the refrigerator to your home's water supply. The valve must be fully open for water to flow to the refrigerator. We recommend referring to the following article for more troubleshooting here: https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=34232.
If the issue persists after trying the suggestions provided, please reach out to our Bodewell service team at 1-833-426-3393 to schedule an appointment or visit https://www.bodewell.com/schedule-repair-service.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love It! It is big and the shelves are clear. The water dispenser is high to handle tall bottles! Just wish there was a tray under the water dispenser to catch loose ice and water.
Ice maker is not good! When you put a cup up to the dispenser it shoots ice everywhere and all at one time. Overfills the cup and makes a big mess!
Also, picture on website does not represent product accurately. It is a very high gloss black. Lighting is dark inside.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We'd like to assist with the operation of your refrigerator's ice dispenser. To keep dispensed ice from missing the glass, put the glass close to, but not touching, the dispenser opening. Avoid overfilling glass with ice, and avoid using narrow glasses. When getting crushed ice, some ice chips may "spit" out onto the floor. This is a normal part of the crushing process. Holding the glass as close to the top of the dispenser as possible will help keep the ice from "spitting" out. If the issue continues, we recommend scheduling an appointment with our Bodewell Service Team by calling 1-833-4BODEWELL or online here: https://www.bodewell.com/schedule-repair-service.
It is a nice fridge but the ice maker freezes up to much and won’t disperse ice and the water dispenser had began to not disperse water also

We'd like to assist with the operation of your refrigerator's ice and water dispenser. You'll want to avoid overfilling glass with ice, and avoid using narrow glasses. Both of these can cause ice to fall into the chute and not be dispensed. Backed-up ice can jam the chute or cause the door in the chute to freeze shut. If ice is blocking the chute, remove the ice bucket and poke it through with a wooden spoon.
For assistance with your water dispenser, you'll need to make sure the shut-off valve connecting your refrigerator to the water line has been fully turned on. You can find additional troubleshooting to assist with the water not dispensing here: https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=39514. If the issues continue, we recommend scheduling an appointment with our Bodewell Service Team by calling 1-833-4BODEWELL or online here: https://www.bodewell.com/schedule-repair-service.
This Refrigerator was in a new Lennar townhome. The water dispenser did not work from the beginning. We had to go through several steps to access warranty service (Bodewell repair). The ice cube size is nice but erratic. There is a lot of space for things in the large side door compartments.

We are happy that our Bodewell technicians were able to get your water dispenser issue resolved. We also are glad that you are enjoying the large capacity of this refrigerator. We're always here to help if any additional assistance is needed with this refrigerator.
I love the design and room of this new fridge. However the ice dispenser is NOT good. Does not dispense ice consistently. I have to reach up from outside and release ice. This ice dispenser design is NOT user friendly.
