[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unit has a nice design and features. Seems quieter, just doesn’t seem like it cools the room well enough. So I’m a little disappointed. I have it on 68/69 degrees on medium cool. (Not ECO).

Since you’re running it at 68/69 degrees on medium cool and not on ECO mode, it should be cooling efficiently, but sometimes factors like room size, insulation, or placement can affect performance. Powerful punch ice cold air!

This sleek unit is very easy to set up and operate, the controls are very straightforward, and most importantly it puts out ice cold air. Filter easy to access and clean, originally planned two years in a standard master bedroom, however, due to efficient, cold air, considering putting in a larger area.

Looks Good, But Poor Drainage Causes Odor, Mold, and Rust

While the unit has a sleek design and the concept of using the fan to spray water on the condenser to improve efficiency is smart, it has a serious flaw: it doesn’t drain properly.
Over time, water builds up inside and doesn’t fully evaporate. This leads to:
• A strong “dirty sock” smell
• Mold growth
• Rust on internal components
Worse, the manufacturer advises not to drill a hole to help with drainage — but provides no other way to remove the stagnant water. This leaves the user with no good solution.
A simple fix would be to include a removable drain plug, a tray, or a hose port, so users can empty excess water safely and easily. Until then, you’re stuck with a unit that looks great but smells awful and degrades over time.

This is good

It is not in a wall because my husband isn't here to help me (Its heavy :) Although I have it running on the ground it is quiet, which is good. I am looking forward to the energy-saving mode making a noticeable difference in my electric bill.
