I'd love to get on board to help out with some ideas to further develop this product
Much better than previous product and a few critical rooms to improve.

I was issuing Gimbal, Chameleon now Falcon. In my 3 sons soccer club, I have also been using VEO2, VEO3, Trace. Now I see Falcon has potential to replace its competitors if the company can improve following items. 1. Upload video from the camera directly to the cloud server. For VEO, once I come home and turn it on, I can just forget about it because the camera automatically upload the video to the server automatically. It is a game changer. 2. Player spotlight. I think the company is working on it but following just one player by recognizing the back number is not the right execution. Better approach is for the camera to follow the game and recognize the back number during the post processing is better idea because in that way you can make highlight for all the players. 3. Zooming in needs to be improved. Or provide option to choose the degree of Zooming. 4. Video editing and uploading from phone is a pain and it as the phone need to be on and unlocked for long time. 5. Automatic recognition of goal and scoring + some AI based post processing. If XBot go resolves the above item 1~4, they will beat the competition with Trace. If they have 5, they can compete with VEO. VEO has an important feature “panning” you can look around all the field as it uses 2 cameras but I don’t think it is possible with XBotGo with given hardware.
So far turning it on and connecting was easy. Mapping the field took a few minutes. Battery life is not 4 hours and follow a player mode is not available for lacrosse.
Xbotgo Falcon review: a great product but it can improve

Hi, I've received the Falcon and tested it, and these are my first impressions:
Regarding the Falcon's storage case, I don't like that it doesn't have a space for the quick-release plate. I think a different design that allowed it to be stored with the Falcon would have been simpler. Having to carry it in a separate place makes it easier to lose.
As for its performance, I tested it by recording an 11vs11 soccer match with 12-year-old children.
It performed very well. It followed the game almost 100% of the time. I've used Chameleon quite a bit, and it truly improves its performance.
The only downside is the automatic zoom. In plays that happen far away, it zooms out, perhaps to capture more, but this makes the players appear very small and distant. I think the behavior should be the opposite; when the play is happening on the opposite side of the field, it should zoom in so the action is displayed at a reasonable size.
The rest is great. I really like that the recording quality depends on the camera itself and not the phone.
Finally, it would be interesting to have a remote control that would allow you to move the camera, start and stop recording, and mark points of interest without having to use the phone.
In short, a great product that could be even better.
At the moment the xbot go falcon promises so much, but doesn't deliver. Hopefully these niggles that effect the performance are ironed out with updates, we wait with hope.
The Setup and User Experience The initial setup felt a bit clunky. I’d love to see more sport-specific tutorial videos to help guide users through the process. I bought this for my brother so he could stay engaged in the moment while watching his son play lacrosse, but we’ve run into a few hurdles with the automated features.
Tracking and Performance Issues
Initial Logic: At the start of a lacrosse match, when two players rush from each side, the camera tends to lock onto the player closest to the lens rather than following the action in center field.
Environmental Factors: Sun glare is a significant issue. If the sun hits the lens, the resulting flare consistently disrupts the ball-tracking software.
Zoom Control: The auto-zoom occasionally gets confused. Adding a manual override or a digital zoom slider in the app would be a huge improvement.
Connectivity and Streaming The live-streaming process is still a bit of a mystery. Because the phone connects to the camera via Wi-Fi, the app doesn't seem to recognize an external Wi-Fi network to broadcast the stream. Clearer documentation on "Bridge Mode" or simultaneous data usage would be very helpful.
The Pros Despite these growing pains, the hardware itself is solid. It is impressively compact, and the battery life is great. Once the software gets past the initial "rush" and handles lighting better, it’s a very capable device. It has great potential; it just needs a few firmware updates to truly shine.
Overall, I am very happy with the camera. It does have a few issues and could use a little more functionality. Camera lags on tracking the ball in both soccer and volleyball. For the most part, it keeps up but does have times when it struggles. Also, need to add the fuctionality of not tracking the ball, but should hold the frame that is established. For instance, I set the camera further away from the volleyball court and do not want it to move. Doesn't seem that I can do that. However that seems like a quick update.
