Good starting point but a lot of improvement needed

Works best for 7v7. Above that they have to figure out autozoom, some basic level of AI included for player specific highlights, improve sound, band add 4k60fps.
I love my new Xbot Falcon. It frees me up to watch the game and not be glued to my phone screen. One thing I wish it had is a manual zoom feature on the app. I love being able to control the camera direction with the app but not being able to control the zoom also is frustrating. Hopefully this will be an update I can download soon. If zoom was a feature I could control (or the xbot did it on its own more reliably) I would give this product a 5 star review.
I use the Falcon to record youth basketball games. While I love the product, there are a few dislikes. To start the auto zoom. I have the chameleon and I can adjust the auto zoom setting. On the Falcon, I cannot. Secondly, the chameleon has a remote to start/stop/pause recording and mark highlights- the Falcon does not come with a remote and need to have my phone out. Third, if I go out of the Xbot app, the Falcon stops recording. Fourth, while the required external SD card isnt an issue, the Falcon allows to save recordings to either the SD card. Locally on your phone or to the cloud. If you dont pay attention you could be saving videos in different areas making it rather annoying when it comes to editing. Last, when you mark highlights and generate them, there is added music. I personally wish it did not do this. While I have only had the Falcon for a few weeks now, it works AWESOME and maybe I have not figured out how to optimize all of the features to my liking.
I would give this a product a 5 star review but not until some issues are fixed. Auto zoom needs attention, connection to youtube live needs attention as it only stays connected for 3 minutes then disconnects, and the score board is very basic maybe even less than basic functions of other scoreboards like score cam or sports cam. Other than those issues i have been happy with the camera
I have filmed my kids playing hockey for 2 weeks now, the footage is great. It is hard to watch a film on TV after with the volume up due to its echoing and the sounds of the unit sounding like it’s under water. I have tried to set up Bluetooth microphones, or an external microphone, all of which I have failed at. For me this is a huge downfall of using this any further, however the falcon has filmed hockey perfectly.
From initial unpacking to the casing material used for the Falcon, everything seemed to start off very positive. The setup was relatively simple - if you've used the Chameleon, then you will have gotten used to the fact that there are numerous steps to connect your cellular phone/device to enable internet connectivity AND control of the Xbot device. With that being said, the Falcon is no different in that you need to connect the Falcon to your phone to facilitate overall control of the device as well as connecting the Falcon to your phone's hotspot to enable LIVE streaming capabilities. The functionality of the Falcon is different than the Chameleon in that you no longer need to physically connect your cell phone to the device in order to record and stream the event. The downside to this change is that the Falcon's camera system may not be as good as the cell phone you were using with the Chameleon. Moreover, the Falcon's AI system for game tracking does not seem to have the auto-zoom in feature when tracking or following the play. Most of the tracking remains at the same standard distance throughout the entire game/event. A couple of suggestions for the XbotGo Falcon dev team: 1) There needs to be a better way to shield the camera lens from the rain. With other similar devices (like Trace/Veo which I am also currently using), the lens of the camera is recessed slightly so that rain will not land on the camera lens surface causing waterspots and blurring to appear on your recorded/streamed event; adding a rubberized cover over the control panel buttons of the Falcon would also add an additional layer of protection for the buttons from the elements. Personally, I think that the control panel should have been placed where the microSD chip and charging port are located (i.e. the back and opposite end of the camera location on the Falcon) and moved the microSD chip and charge port to either the bottom of the unit where the tripod mount is located. Final thought, I think that for the money this is still a great value device and sufficiently serves the simple streaming and recording purposes. However, if you are looking for something that zooms and tracks player or specific plays within a game - this is still a bit lacking. As far as carrying case, I think that you could have included a more rigid and weather resistant case to offer better protection than the case you are currently including. Thanks XbotGo! Keep up the great innovation work!
