C headset does me it's supposed to. Cant find it on the app and eq won't work unless updated which I not able to do or dl it from website.

I bought this headset to use for work and the mic stopped working out of nowhere. After doing some troubleshooting, I contacted support about what to do and received a new one pretty quickly, and the warranty process was easy peasy. Thanks Jlab for supporting your customers. Other than the mic issue/defect, this headset is perfect for my uses and comfortable.
