DO NOT LIKE THE JITTERBUG SMART 5 -- READ THIS.

THE screen protector works fine. However, I do not like the Jitterbug Smart5. Too many Bells and Whistles. The screen frequently goes off the Home Screen, either to Camera/Photos, or Text Messages or Contacts. It actually called a number inadvertently, without my knowledge or actions.
I LOVED the Jitterbug Smart3. I DO NOT LOVE THE Smart5.
Lively -- you have lost your way, in not recognizing your core customers, your market -- senior citizens who prefer User-Friendliness and simplicity in ALL their tools. The Smart5 is not a friendly tool, just an annoyance nowadays; that must be continually monitored and mastered.
