Great fit and stability

After trying any number of ear-canal earbuds, which all fell out and fell apart, I finally ordered the AfterShokz headset which sits snugly on my head without cords hanging down and jostling loose. Great for running and walking.

It’s a nice cable, the material being smoother thans normal, i could have used an 1 meter long cable, but that’s not why i’m giving it a 4 star review, i can’t imagine why they don’t have an usb c alternative to the cable. I understand why it wouldn’t come in the box, but put one on the site and let me buy it, it’s 2021 and i’m sick of carrying around 20 wall adapters, one is sufficient. Sorry for the little rant, the headphones and everything else about them is incredible. I love my aeropex headphones.

I ordered a magnetic cable

I ordered a magnetic cable and it doesn’t seem to increase the battery. So, it seems like it’s not working with my aftershocks headphones, but I ordered it from your site!! What’s up with that? Also there are no instructions with it. Idk if I’m placing it in the right spot to charge. Please help me. You’ve no phone number easily located and I’ve no recourse but to return if the headphones won’t work.
