I have had some trouble connecting to my computer, but I think it is my computer, not the headset. It has great sound, and decent comfort. Does get caught in my hair.

Cord was fantastic...Grandbaby lost mine. I love the headphones. I am hard of hearing and cannot stand something stuck in my ear. Comfortable and almost invisible even with my hair short. Love, love, love them.

Open ear design doesn't hurt my ears like earbuds after a few hours. The connection to my phone is great is steady and I'm able to go from one end of 1600 sq ft house to the other and not lose connection.
