This device has opened up a whole new world of music, audio books, and videos to me. I don't like things in my ears, and no ear buds I've tried ever stay put in my ears. Plus, I don't like cords attaching me to things. This device is so light-weight and comfortable that I don't even remember I have it on until I want to listen to something! And in the car, it brings the sound right to my ears, so other car and traffic noises don't interfere with the sound--although i can still hear them. Amazing!

Issues at First. But now Great!

It took me awhile. I had to twice call the Help number, because my voice activation was not working. When it did start, the voice was in Japanese. But he walked me through how to fix it, and everything is great. I love them. Easy to operate.
