Fairly intuitive headphones and the rubber coating makes it super easy to clean and maintain which was a worry of mine. Only complaint is that sometimes it will want to connect to my laptop when I'm trying to use it with my phone, but I think that's more of an windows issue. Additionally because of the concept of your in a loud environment it can be hard to hear the music unless you have ear plugs in.

I received only the headset and didn't have the charging cable. Ordering was easy and got the cable quickly. Fits like a glove!

I just bought my second pair of Shox. the sound quality and ease of use are outstanding. I run on the road quite a bit and really appreciate being able to hear what is going on around me.
turns out my first pair which is almost two years old is fine, just needed to replace the charge cord. My wife is now the beneficiary of my rush to just replace.
