Best product for all aspects of life with communication. As a professional installer this has been a great asset for me allowing for secure hands free calls and personal listening. I no longer have to worry about ear buds falling out of my ears. Most days I forget that I have them on until someone ask me what they are.

It’s supposed to last on a full charge over 7 hours so the product as specified is not correct.

Here's what I love about my Open Runs:
1. comfort

Here's what I feel challenged by, that could be improved:
1. short charging cable
2. they have stretched out a bit and so the sound is not as close anymore and I sometimes have to push them against my jaw
3. when I use them alot, they cause jaw tension and lead to clenching during sleep

Buttons are easily accessible, battery

Buttons are easily accessible, battery life is phenomenal and they charge really fast, I can wear them all day and don’t even notice that they are on my head whereas with normal headphones I can only wear them for a few hours at most. Definitely one of the best technology purchases I have ever made.
