I enjoy using them. I recently purchased the Open Fit so I am not wearing the open run mini as much. The controls are easier on the open run. I really think there needs to be some major improvements on the controls on the open fit

My puppy chewed my first charging cord, so I ordered a replacement asap! The product shipped quickly and was at my door before my headphones even needed charged. I won't even consider trying another brand, Shokz has earned my lifelong business!

Sharks open run headphones

I thought this was about my shocks headphones. The cable works fine. The headphones are overpriced for what they are. They do hold a charge a long time and they connect easily, but the sound quality leaves a lot to be desired. Not worth the money.

Best Headphones Ever

I've used noise cancelling headphones for years, and I've been nervous about using them at the gym or on the street, because I couldn't hear anything around me... so I just done use them often. With these, I can have it all, great tunes and awareness of my surroundings. Much safer and fantastic sound quality. My only gripe is the proprietary charging cable... if you loose it, you're headphones are useless. They do have cables for sale, but it would be nicer to have USB like other versions of their headphones. Such a great product tho. 👍

I love my OpenRun Pros! When i bought them i thought i would only use them at work for meetings on the run. After using them a few weeks I have found myself using yhem all the time. At the gym, biking, walking, work meetings...they allow me to hear good quality audio while still being able to hear what's going on around me. Great product! They do not have the bass of my pixel buds but they are so practical I tend to use them more.

Ordered a charging cord. They sent it to the address on my card. I’m 1800 miles away from my home. I asked them and they sent another one to me here. Same day. Thank for the help and fast shipping. I love your products they are amazing. I’ve got the Open Run Pro. It’s incredible. My conversations are clear even with background noise.
