These ear phones are very good - comfortable, quality listening, and still able to hear if someone wants to get my attention: great for if I start using them when I go for a walk. I could hear cars coming which is important when there are no sidewalks.

I plan to get the ones that don’t have the connecting piece in the back. I have the Beats Fit Pro and they are good no doubt but I am not insured by not being able to have a conversation when I have them on like with the Beats.

Well made but I do wish the charge cord was a bit longer. But the headphone is an excellent tool to bring media and communication into my daily existence in a highly efficient & effective way.

Need USB-C connection

I love my Openrun Pros -- but it's time to make it standard with a USB-C version -- everything has switched over and I had to pull out a retired plug in order to charge my headset. boo.... tbh, not using a "standard" charging cable is a negative in and of itself...... without the USB-C connection is an additional demerit, imho.

Perfect for my needs

I bought my Shokz OpenRun (not Pro) headphones to use for bike rides, since I need to be able to hear my surroundings for safety reasons. They’re awesome for that and so much more. I mostly use them to listen to audiobooks (Libby FTW!) and podcasts, and I can generally hear just fine up to about 20 MPH. Faster than that, and wind noise starts to become an issue, but that’s not a problem with the headphones.
What surprised me is how much I wear them when I’m doing chores or even when running out to the grocery store. I use them much more than my AirPods.
Pros: very comfortable, don’t interfere with a bike helmet, excellent battery life, better than expected sound quality, very good call quality for the microphone
Cons: some people (i.e., my wife) find the on/off/volume controls to be unintuitive, but personally I find them easy to use
