Great Camera

It’s easy to set up and connect, especially as a battery camera, there is no need to do all the electrical wires. The images are crisp and clear with motion sensor when there is motion. The range is also good and covering my whole backyard.

Outstanding outdoor camera

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so happy to have this Ring outdoor camera. I’ve needed a camera for my backyard and this is the perfect one! It can run on battery or be hardwired. It is sturdy and holds up well in the rain. I love that it has a sleek look and isn’t an eyesore. The Ring app is easy to use. It was easy to set up. Plus, it’s easy to check the camera. The audio works great. I love that you can mount it if you want. I will be buying more for my home. I feel safer already. Highly recommended!

Clear and accurate

Set up was easy too , I already have a front door camera and so an app was previously installed so adding another one was easy . The images are so clear . The motions are fast and not delayed , so the app gets the alerts pretty accurate. Thanks for helping keep my home safe.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ring makes me feel safer in my home. I’m able to keep an eye on things no matter where I am—at home, at work, or even out of the state! I’ve had a ring door bell camera for years, but the Outdoor Cam 2K was new to me. The quality is great! It’s the first thing I noticed. It seems pretty durable so far and has dealt with days of rain with no problem. The nighttime view is also much more clear than I was anticipating. This camera is a must have for any type of home!

You can control the motion sensitivity so you’re not getting too many notification. I like that you can log in and see what’s going on being away from home. I find this very useful especially when we get a lot packages delivered.

Great quality image

After installing, you download the Ring app and connect to the camera. The camera offers great quality clear imaging and it offers clearing quality images at night as well. The camera picks up motion so I receive real time alerts to my phone. Being outdoors it’s made a of durable material, no issues with the weather, rain or heat affecting the recording. Another great quality is that I am able to see, hear and speak to anyone at our home. Overall this has been great addition to our home that offers another layer of safety.

Easy to install, excellent picture quality

My husband installed it very easily and connected a solar panel to it which was also easy to mount. The picture quality is wonderful! I love that you can do a wide-view or a zoomed in view. There are so many different setting options to really customize it to your preferences, such as alert proximity, a snooze alert option, and even a siren if you ever need to scare an intruder away. The night vision view is equally great which is a plus!

Charging is easy and battery life surprised me woth how long it lasted. The mounting materials that came with it worked great and we're easy to use.
