Works Great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently bought an older home with a basement. We also live in the south so a dehumidifier is a must. This is designed to remove 50 pints of moisture per day…and boy does it.
It has a color coded humidity indicator to let you know what settings it should be on. This humidifier is so quiet…I was pleasantly surprised. The removable access bucket is easy to use. And when it’s full it automatically shuts off. I like that it comes with a washable filter. This unit has helped our humidity problem wonderfully. Overall I really like it.

After having my son I am very on top of keeping the humidity in the house and a safe and healthy level. We have ours set up upstairs because our thermostat is downstairs while the furnace is upstairs, making it super dry upstairs. This dehumidifier was the best solution to our problem. This dehumidifier is a bit heavy but it comes with wheels attached making it super easy to move around in areas of the house. Also has handles for lifting upstairs making that more easy and comfortable as well. Definitely not a cheaply made dehumidifier and you 100% get what you pay for durability wise. The attachment on the back is easy to take on and off for the filter area as well. Buttons on top are also clear and concise for fan speed, modes, even a timer. Very “ high tech” for a humidifier.

Great for Texas humidity. Cleared our bedroom window condensation and made the laundry room much fresher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone living in Texas, I never really thought I would need a dehumidifier since we don’t have basements like a lot of folks up north. But after using this whirlpool humidifier, I can honestly say it’s been more helpful than I had expected.
We first put it in our bedroom because our windows tend to get condensation in the mornings especially when the weather changes. Within a few days, I noticed a big difference no more foggy windows or that damp feeling in the room. The air feels more comfortable, and I didn’t realize how much excess moisture was hanging around until this thing started collecting it.
We also moved it to our laundry area, which can get pretty humid, especially after multiple loads. It definitely helped with that muggy “wet towel” feeling and made the space feel much fresher. A nice bonus I wasn’t expecting.
Set up was easy and it looks clean as it doesn’t stand out or feel like an eye sore. The controls are super easy. It’s not really silent, but the noise is like steady background white noise. not a dealbreaker at all.
Giving it 4 out of 5 stars because I do wish it was a little quieter, but overall it does the job it’s supposed to. If you live somewhere humid(yes even Texas) and deal with window, condensation or stuffy laundry rooms, this is a pretty handy appliance to have around

Humidity and extra moisture NO MORE!

We are redoing a basement in Michigan known for high humidity and this has been SO helpful at decreasing risk for mold and moisture buildup. It's super quiet and can remove up to 50 pints per day, and covers an area bigger than 3000 square ft. It shuts off automatically when full and is easy to lift with the provided handle and move around. For its listed price it's definitely worth its value.
