Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We installed this unit last week and it's been running on Eco / Auto mode since and is working perfectly. Our room above the garage previously only had baseboard heat which was expensive and not reliable to heat the entire room and a smaller window unit that was loud and kept the room either freezing cold or warm. So, this unit is a major upgrade. It's fairly simple to use and the remote is a nice perk. As someone who isn't great at remembering to change filters, it's also nice to have a unit with a washable filter. As for installation, the specs listed it would work with a standard 130v outlet, even the installation directions note that however, this unit only works with a 230v outlet. Because it's a larger unit and now installed on the second floor, the brackets that came with it are a must-use. Ultimately, we had an electrician install the unit and convert our outlet to make it work. Worth it, but make sure you check you can accommodate the unit before purchasing!

This product is amazing I have 700 square foot living room on my basement and this ac cool the whole living great product easy install I installed by myself, take about 20 to 30 minutes to install

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This room air conditioner works so well and is actually easy to install. We needed it for a space in our home that doesn't have the hvac hooked up to it, so having the supplemental heat will make it even better in the winter. Even for it's size to get it into the window and secured didn't take long. We didn't realize when we got it though that it needed a 220 V outlet but luckily we had one near a window we were able to use. It immediately cooled down the basement where we have it located. And we love that it works on a remote.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit is a beast. It works great. It was easy to install. I recommend not installing it by yourself. I haven't used the heating setting yet, but I will when that time comes. The different changes in modes and venting features are incredible. The area I'm cooling is 700 sq feet. I just replaced my old unit which was the older model of this unit, and it lasted for 15 years. I'm hoping the same for this!
