I am so happy with this airfryer
First it is glass which is what i wanted because we all know how bad other cookwear is for our health
And secondly it cooks the food so fast and being able to see the food while its cooking its 10/10

This product is very heavy but with that being said it is very durable and has an excellent material style.

Easy cleaning

Got it a few days ago and used it twice. It’s heats up well , way to use and the real reason for getting it is that it’s easy to clean! 😅. Only thing is that I which they made it in black or silver.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Did not cook evenly. Burnt top, uncooked bottom

My first meal I tried made me return the dual zone. I used the exact temp and time on the recipe. The top got burnt and the rest never fully cooked. I even tried air frying it twice as long and I still had to finish cooking the meal in my oven. I returned the crispi the next day. I absolutely love ninja products, it’s all I use in my kitchen but unfortunately this will not be one of them
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great for big family

I have the original ninja crispy and I bought this because I was constantly running into cooking one thing then wanting to do a second and having to wait for the first thing would cool so this has fixed that issue however the price is more expensive than buying two original ninja Krispies so I do think that is something to consider.

Easy to Clean and great baked potatoes

Using an air fryer is one of the great kitchen additions of the past several years. not since the Microwave has a small appliance made such a big difference. The biggest issue with most air fryers they are not easy to keep clean, no matter how proactive you are to doing the job. The Nija Crispi makes that work simple, easy to clean, great you can see the contents while still cooking but the cleaning for me is worth any other challenges and makes it one of the best air dryers i have ever had and I have gone through several over the years. For me I like the idea of having a dual basket, is important if a larger unit is more for your liking then Ninja makes one. Again worth it just because of the easy clean up. What I am not crazy about for this unit, it gets hot, the baskets are hot to remove if you are not careful you can burn yourself, I wish there was a secure attachment you could use for removing the baskets. The controls are not perfect, you can get used to them, I have frequently turned it off when trying to make adjustments. if you are using both baskets the cook time is extended sometimes what seems to be a significant amount of time. I have not seen this with other dual basket Nija products I have owned. I did notice during the bake mode the system will rattle a bit, I thought this was a defect and Ninja agreed with me however with a replacement unit I have the same issue. Not only would I buy this again but I am considering adding the single basket version for the larger basket. I have learned I can cook a baked potatoe in this in a third of the time 8 minutes in the microwave coat in olive oil and kosher salt 10 minutes on air fry in the crisper then add a little butter on the outside and an additional ten minutes on the extra crisp feature makes a baked potato almost as good as a 90 minute oven version.

Heavy duty air fryer eyes easy storage

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Ninja Crispi DualZone Countertop Air fryer was easy to assemble out of the box. It was mostly just removing the protective elements of the packaging. It is very quiet while it is cooking the food, and I can make different types of foods while cooking. The max crisp function can only be used in one well at a time, which was disappointing, but overall I found that feature wasn’t the best. It is very powerful at cooking food quickly, and I did find the air fryer technology to exceed other items that I have used. Overall, I would recommend this for families who cook larger meals, and are looking to go from meal prep to storage quickly.
