I have been wearing the Lexie B 1's for 2 years. The upgrades and improvements in the B 3's are great & substantial. The battery life is #1 the ability to connect to Bluetooth is a welcomed addition and feature. I am also impressed by the audio quality and the adjustments I can do on the app to meet the audio conditions
I am deeply disappointed. I have Lexie 2 which worked fairly well, but the batter died each evening between 6 and 7 pm. So I thought Lexie 3 would help, and it does last longer usually, But the Bluetooth does not work for lexie 3 and now it has killed the Bluetooth for the lexie 2 also. Now i cannot get any phone connection. The several calls to the help line could not figure out what was wrong. The app shows up on my phone, but it does not connect, except about an hour a week.
I have purchased the B2, B2+ an then the B3. The first 2 worked fine from the begining. The B3 was a hard nut to crack. I wanted the audio to be transmitted vis Bluetooth to my ears. The B3 had a real problem transmitting call audio to my aids. After several days working with the tech crew, I gave up. The team tried hard to get my Iphone 12 configured correctly and at one point had the Call audio blasting out over the hearing aids and the Iphone speaker at the same time. This was unexceptable and I returned them for a frull credit. The product was new, May of 2026 and when the tech team feels that they can get me up and running, I will consider buying the B3 then
No more dealing with tiny batteries that quickly run out, get lost in the palm of your hand, drop to the floor and can’t be seen. No more hard to adjust controls. No more unreliable, quirky, performance depending on whether you are inside, outside, or in noisy places or quiet areas. These hearing aids are easy to use, easy to put on, easy to control and, easy to maintain. I don’t regret buying this model whatsoever! I’m so happy now!
