The B3 model has improved sound quality to that of the B2 and B2 Plus. The mid-range sound adjustment allows for a more natural sound instead of the "tin can" sound from other hearing aids. There are a few drawbacks to the B3. The larger size (to the B2, B2 Plus), combined with the thinner more flexible sound tube caused it to not fit to my ears as well as previous models and occasionally shakes loose. I do get more whistling and wind blowing noise but these are most likely an sound adjustment and not a design issue with the B3.

The clarity and automatic directionality are much improved over my Lexie B2’s. I had problems with squealing feedback but found more substantial domes (power) have corrected this problem. B3’s are great improvement in ability to hear.

Overall, not what I expected. My primary complaint is that every time I go to my kitchen or use the restroom, the Bluetooth disconnects and there is no notification. It’s not until a call or text comes in that I realize that the connection is lost.
My wife has Oticon and she can go anywhere in the house and maintain Bluetooth connectivity. If the tech is out there and your device is “ new”, why don’t you have it?
In addition, the advertised battery life of “up to 35 hours” , only lasts 5-8 hours even though I NEVER stream music and only use them 2-3 hours daily to listen to content on You Tube which is only sporadic.
My bottom line is that you rushed this product to market before it was ready and as they are 30 days old today, I would gladly accept a full refund

I had the Lexie B2 plus hearing aids and upgraded to the Lexie B3s. While I was happy with my previous hearing aids, these Lexie B3 aids are so much better! They are excellent. My phone automatically connects, allowing me to hear calls more clearly without needing to increase the volume. The battery life is fantastic, the app connects seamlessly, and it provides so many more adjustments to customize the hearing aids. The extra "charges" from the case are a great help since I travel extensively.
I highly recommend these Lexie B3 hearing aids. I am so happy that I decided to upgrade.

Quality of the audio is much improved. Ancillary features not so much. The case is worse there’s no room for the cleaning brush. The hearing aids did not continuously make contact so they weren’t charged when I went to use them. And I don’t like the new tips.

After more than three years of reliable use with the first‑generation Lexie/Bose hearing aids, I upgraded to the new Lexie B3 model to take advantage of the improved features. After several months of daily use, I’m very pleased with the performance and overall experience.
