The B3's are a serious improvement over the B2's. Options for adjustment, clarity, volume and app improvement make them much better to use. I use the Bluetooth for phone calls frequently. Get them!!!

Lexie aids are easy to set up and use. They do, however need to correct minor feedback( squealing ) issues when your ear gets to close to an object. You can minimize it by turning down the treble, however your going to lose some hearing with that procedure.
They also loose connectivity occasionally when streaming.

The Automatic Sound Focus is annoying.

The Automatic Sound Focus is annoying. The hearing aids change and focus on sounds it thinks are important. I can be sitting at my desk, and the setting will change, giving the effect of someone sneaking up behind me and placing a hand over one of my ears. In the kitchen, my wife can be putting away silverware, and the slightest metal-on-metal sound is overamplified and isn't realistic.

Lexie B3 hearing aids are very good

I purchased a pair of Lexie B3 hearing aids a month ago to replace an earbud style hearing aid that was at the end of its service life. I have found the B3 hearing aids to be much better at sound quality than my old hearing aids. I like the level of control that is available in the Lexie app. I can control the tonal range separately for each ear (as well as volume). I like the different directional choices for the microphones. The 4 environment setting act as memories so the hearing aids begin correctly after recharging. These Lexie hearing aids have helped my hearing health a great deal.

Common problem
on July 3, 2026

The B3 model I purchased had what I was told was "...a common problem." After setting them up, I heard a fairly frequent 'doink' sound. The first rep I spoke to about this didn't even attempt to help with the problem. She looked at my hearing test and told me my hearing was beyond the capability of the B3 (the B2 model I currently use is fine for my level of hearing loss). When I persisted, she had Annalisa from the audiology department speak to me. This is when she told me this was a common feedback problem and the company was working on a fix for it. She said: "about two weeks." I wonder what she would have said had I purchased this model six or more weeks ago. I decided to return the hearing aids. I must add that I have been wearing the B2 model for about four years and wanted to get a new set in case the B2s gave out. There are two problems here. One is that the B2 model does not have a mid-range control, which is what brought me to the B3s. The problem with the B3s is that one cannot adjust from a volume of fifty up to fifty-two or -five. The volume control jumps from fifty to sixty to seventy with nothing in between. This severely limits control and is a potential cause of feedback issues. I felt the company was deceptive in selling a product that contained what Annalisa described as a common defect. Why even sell a product like that? That being said, I will not consider purchasing anything from Lexi. I do not trust a company is willing to lie to its customers.
