I have been with Lexie hearing aids now for several years. Started with B1, then B2 and just upgraded to B3s. I really loved them, but had to return them because of your decision to pull up stakes with your company. If I could have been guaranteed that the app would continue to be supported I would have kept them, but it's too big a risk not to know that this would be continued. Sorry to see you close up shop! Gonna miss you!

Really bummed out about these hearing aids. I just bought them and found out they are closing their operation in the states. I had bought the protection package, in case they get lost or damaged. Guess what? it only gets you 50% of the cost of a new set. Save your money.

Clarity is good but feedback is a problem in both ears. After three weeks of use, I still have not been able to get the microphones to sit where they should in my ears. The amplification in one ear is somewhat greater than the other.
