I am deeply disappointed. I have Lexie 2 which worked fairly well, but the batter died each evening between 6 and 7 pm. So I thought Lexie 3 would help, and it does last longer usually, But the Bluetooth does not work for lexie 3 and now it has killed the Bluetooth for the lexie 2 also. Now i cannot get any phone connection. The several calls to the help line could not figure out what was wrong. The app shows up on my phone, but it does not connect, except about an hour a week.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have been wearing the Lexie B 1's for 2 years. The upgrades and improvements in the B 3's are great & substantial.
The battery life is #1 the ability to connect to Bluetooth is a welcomed addition and feature.
I am also impressed by the audio quality and the adjustments I can do on the app to meet the audio conditions

My daughter bought the Lexie B3 for me Richard Parsons to replace an earlier version that no longer work but i had been very pleased with. We live in the British Virgin Islands so had them sent through a third party. When I tried to down load the Lexie B3 app onto my mobile phone when i got to the password it would not accept it. I then phoned the Lexie help line and after three phone calls was told that if you live outside of the USA you can no longer have access to the app!!!!! When I checked the Lexie web site where they were bought through i could not find anywhere that it tells you this information. So i now has a lovely pair of hearing aids that can not be used. So I am extremely frustrated!!!!

My introduction to the Lexie line several years ago was my purchasing the Lumens. I then advanced to the B1 because of the increased ability to make adjustments. Most recently I have purchased the B3 because of the extended life of the rechargeable battery and the availability of full Bluetooth streaming and adjustments. I have been using them daily and very pleased with the improved sound quality.

What I love about the Lexie B3 is that I can pair with my phone. But when I put them in my ears I could actually hear better than before. And I couldn’t hear the ringing noise and background noise because you can eliminate it..
