At times, the inner workings seem to rattle. This is very noisy & disconcerting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This AC is efficient, quiet, and economical to both purchase and operate. The remote is handy as well. You can even preset the unite to start at a desired time. It is easy to install and fits in a window nicely. All the necessary parts are included. What else could you ask for?

Not Energy Star - incorrectly labeled as such

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Major issue - labeled Energy Star and is not per energystar.gov; does not qualify for rebate. Pros - really chills the air; plenty for 200 sf bedroom, strong fan even on low. Cons - very noisy both on fan and when compressor running; control and unit labels tiny print are hard to read.
