Very noisy

Bought a week ago an this product is very very noisy and it take a while to cool the room down

Hi, Jayyah! Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback with us. Please review page 5 in the Owner's Manual for an explanation of normal operating sounds.
Regarding the unit not cooling well, the AC should cool a room up to 250 sq. ft. Please ensure the front on the unit isn't blocked restricting airflow and reposition the louvers for better air distribution. In addition, please see page 14 in the manual for additional tips. Do NOT Buy for a Bedroom

If you are not deaf and do not like LOUD dripping/tapping noises this is a no go. I'm talking so loud that even when the unit is on HIGH with a pillow over your head you can STILL hear the dripping/tapping sound. This is constant the entire time the unit runs every 5-7 seconds, it will keep you awake at night!
