Great AC

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great AC. I got this to replace my 14 year old ac that was extremely heavy but still worked. I got tired of dragging it up and down three floors at the beginning and end of ac season here in the northeast. I measured the room and got the correct btu. Easy to install and easy to use functions. Strong fan speed and cools room quickly. I love all the automatic electronic features it has. The only thing that is annoying is when on auto eco mode it constantly turns on and off during the night which disturbs my sleep. So I turn those features off. That’s the reason for 4 star rating instead of 5 star. Noise level same as all the new AC’s today which could be a little quieter but it does put me to sleep.

Outstanding little AC!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we bought our home, one of the rooms had been recently added in an area that used to be an open carport. Needless to say there was no ductwork for heat or air, leaving us to purchase a small heater and a window AC. We found this unit, ordered it, and are extremely pleased with it! The room is almost 300 square feet and the 6,000 btu window unit is perfect! Keeps it cool and comfy!

very noisy

This was a replacement air conditioner for a broken unit. The first unit was very quiet and ran smooth. The replacement is very noisy makes all kinds of noises expect it to break down anytime. A big disappointment.
