Really like this air conditioner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have really enjoyed this air conditioner during this past summer. I appreciate the Remote Sensing feature as it allows me to make sure a certain part of the room gets to the desired temperature. One little distraction is that the unit makes a little bit more noise, clicking, when the fan is running, but it's not actually cooling. The installation was pretty straightforward and the amount of insulation included was more than enough.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This air conditioner is the right size per square footage, per the guidelines, but it really struggles to cool the room, even with the door closed. Considering a return.

If your room is poorly insulated or has multiple appliances like product heat (like a kitchen or office with multiple computers), you may need a larger model to compensate. Try adjusting the temperature, settings, fan speed, or air directional louvers for better results! Please ensure there is nothing in front of the AC like curtains or furniture that may be blocking airflow, and check that the filter does not need to be cleaned.
