Very easy to install; great hand friendly and compact remote, so no need to even get up with more features than we actually use. Nice looking and fits great with room decor.

The assembly instructions could have been a little better with regard to the attachment of the upper "L" bracket which the side curtains slide into. The performance of the unit has met my expectations. Looking foward to many years of service.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a repeat buyer of Frigidaire air conditioners. My latest purchase has not disappointed. My only issue with the conditioner is the noise level. Compared to previous units, the level is slightly higher with a gurgling sound while cooling.

Noisy - Hugh Pitched Brand New

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just installed to replace an older version of the same unit. The incessant high pitched sound is not bearable. Waiting until business hours to get in touch with customer service to hopefully send a technician and avoid uninstalling and returning this heavy delivery. Really disappointed as an avid Frigidaire buyer.
