Nice cool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was awesome was easy to install, love the feature where you set it to a certain temperature and it keeps that in the room. It's nice having the remote so when you're watching TV you don't have to get up and change it.

nothing like an nice cool room in a hundred degree temps

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new AC. It kept me nice a cool during the heatwave. I could not wait to come home from work and turn it on. Within seconds I was feeling nice and relaxed. Price was very reasonable and the look is very nice too.

Disappointed and Displeased

Not very impressed or happy with this unit. While it cools well, it also does not remove much humidity from the air and as a result the the air is damp. Also, this unit shows the Energy Star label on the front panel, however, when I submitted a rebate to my electric company, they advised this is NOT an Energy Star model per the Energy Start website and I confirmed this is not listed on the Energy Start website so I don't know why this has an Energy Star label and seems deceptive to have this on the unit.

Make sure that the unit was under Dry Mode, for it to work like a dehumidifier, it will cool the room down meanwhile. The temperature can be adjusted between 62 °F (17 °C) and 86 °F (30 °C) and fan speed will be held at “Lo”. If the unit is not working as stated, please feel free to contact us at 1-800-374-4432. Great Unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This air conditioner is very efficient and works well. Using it has reduced my electric bill. I replaced 3 units with Frigidaire units. The former units weren’t energy star rated and my bill was higher. These units were easy to assemble and install. The only complaint I have is that they’re loud, so loud that if I’m talking on speaker on my landline, the person I’m speaking to has said that they have trouble hearing me. I’ve had to turn it off when on the phone in my office.
