It's so good that my wife ordered one for her friend. And you know the old saying, you tell a friend, and they tell a friend, and so on, and so on. But bottom line this is one great a/c.

Easy install, could use a little more installation kit insulation. Decibel wise a little loud in the sleep cycle. Decent selection of options regarding operation and running but a little confusing to just do a basic standard operational mode.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this because my 8 year old 8000 btu fan is slowing down. I need to take it apart to clean the fan blades. Easier access to clean interior parts would be a great. Dust and dirt build up over time. The front part is easy and I use a tooth brush to clean element behind the filter. I have 3 Frigidaire all good.
