Very Satisfying

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the 18800 Btu window a/c and heater and delivered with two days and am very satisfied with unit.
I had bought a LG unit and it only work a year and a half with no help from the Manufacturer. I had a Frigidaire unit before that had lasted over seven years.

Powerfully cool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After dealing with the shipper playing wreck-a-box, I got the unit and installed it. It took 2 grown men to safely unbox and install the unit. Individual packaging of the screws would help just a bit instead of sorting and marking what each screw goes to. The features are great but I almost wanted the Wifi availability if I'm out of town. But, the included remote is great and has good range. My last Frigidaire 18,000 BTU/heater unit lasted 10 years and I hope to get the same longevity as that one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good however before ordering my wife and wanted the same size cabinet as well as BTU unit to replace existing one built into my shop wall that quit cooling. The unit we received was more BTU’s by 800 which is great but the unit was smaller requiring reframing the hole in the wall! Presently running and cooling!

Cools down fast!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this unit for our 2 1/2 stall garage and I couldn't believe how quickly it cooled the space down. I hope the heat works as well as the AC. We did have to get an electrician because of the type of appliance plug but worth it because the unit works so well.
