I'm a little disappointed that I can't run my RTX5070 beyond 75% power level in an all-ASUS build without it dying.

Dear Pwardell,
Thank you for your comment.
We do understand your disappointment with the product and the inconvenience this may have caused if you're unable to run the video card beyond 75% power level without dying. To resolve this problem, ensure the power supply unit is working properly and you are using two separate PCIe cables directly from the PSU, rather than a daisy-chained (pigtail) cable. If a red LED on the GPU light up, or do your fans ramp up to 100% just before it shuts down indicates insufficient power, try to re-seat the 16-pin connector on both the GPU end and the PSU end to make sure it is fully clicked in. Ensure your motherboard is running with the most current version and it is running with the most current Windows and drivers update.
Should you need further assistance with the product, please email me at cl-rodel@asus.com and I would be more than happy to help. Or, you are most welcome to call Product Support Hotline at: 1(888) 678-3688. Also, you can chat with an ASUS live support agent from the link: https://www.asus.com/us/support/article/1135/.
Thank you for choosing an ASUS product.
Regards,
Rodel
