After the problems with the shipping, things went better. Great to set up the printer, just followed instructions and it worked so far. Couldn't believe how easy to connect to our phones, 2 tablets and all are ready to print. Your updates to your set up are so far advanced.

Got tired of buying expensive ink cartridges which were about the price of a new printer. Decided to try the HP Smart Tank. I chose the 6001 because it prints double sided without having to reload the page myself. A plus for me. The printer is quiet, was easy to install and the loading of the ink was seamless. Definitely enjoying this printer.

We have had several hp printers over the years and always good luck and service. The new printers seem to need to be online to work which is an issue when there is no internet or you just want to work with stored files etc.
