Disappointment

We purchased the Epson on recommendations from others. This might be a great printer time will tell. My complaint is that it is very hard to setup the printed directions are different from online videos. It took almost 3 hours to finally get it to pair with my wifi. Then to get it to connect my other phones and tablets. At this point we are very disappointed that we purchased an Epson.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This printer is pretty good, I used it for printing off stickers and a birthday card, and the ink was very pigmented and bright with hardly any skips in the color. I did have issues with it jamming or pulling the paper odd into the printer, so I will say it has a sensitive print tray and be mindful of that. Other than that, it was able to handle printing out multiple pages at a time with color. It doesn’t make much noise at all either which is nice, considering my old printer was very noisy. It’s also lightweight and was easy to store on my side desk

I will be returning this printer to the store in the morning. It intermittently fails to print, often displaying a 'no paper' error despite having paper loaded. I have reloaded the paper several times, and while it occasionally prints, the issue quickly recurs. I have spent over three hours troubleshooting without success.
The printer is brand new, purchased on Saturday, yet it repeatedly reports no paper even when loaded. I plan to return it to the store the following day.
I give it one star only because there is nothing lower

Love this printer scanner combo!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This epson printer works great! The app connects easily and instructions to set up was easy to follow! The printer also doubles as a scanner so it’s a great multi use printer. It also comes with four canisters of colors so makes changing individual colors a breeze as opposed to having to change the entire cartridge in some printers. Highly recommend

Good quality home printer
