Had machine ~2 months. Works great makes wonderful coffee.
A little messy to empty capsule tray and clean up. I empty and clean machine every morning.

Great taste, bas design

No doubt the machine makes a great tasting hot cup of coffee, BUT, that isball it does well. They capsule basin is a mess. It collects water, needing to be cleaned daily. My biggest complaint is when I brew a flavored coffee which I only like iced, the next cup of regular coffee tastes like the flavored. I do not like hot flavored coffee at all. It takes 2 full brews of regular capsules to rid the taste of the flavored. I am returning.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
