Works great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This portable air conditioner couldn’t have come at a better time, it’s very hot and humid here in Oklahoma. It has kept my living room very cool and comfortable. It is a bit noisy but not too noisy. It’s not very heavy which is great for when you move it around. It was very easy to set up and the instructions are very simple.

Terribly loud but blows cold air

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The AC blows cold air but it is the loudest AC I've ever had to deal with and for some reason I have to pop out a panel in order for it to not vibrate so much. I've tried putting special tape around it to get it to be silent but the only thing that keeps it quiet is popping off that panel. On top of it being obnoxious it also leaks even though it's not full. I've had a few stand up units and none of them have had these issues. I'm going to have to order a soundbar for my TV if I keep this AC. I did make sure it was leveled as well.

Heavy but works well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a lifesaver for this ac unit to come when it did. In PA right now we are in a major heat wave all week with temps over 100! This is the perfect edition to add to our living room to help with keeping our house cool. It was easy to set up and connect to the window. The directions are easy to read and understand. It was packaged well but is extremely heavy to move around your house. Once you find a spot I’d plan to keep it there for a while. It’s the perfect size to keep

Allowing us to work in the garage all year round

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are using this in the garage because my father in law loves to wood work. However, in the Arizona heat, it can be pretty stifling in the garage. We were able to put this in the space where he works the most to be able to allow him to continue his hobby all year round!
