They only last about 3 hours and the nose pads have worn down my nose after just a few days
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hi Okayden
We are incredibly sorry to hear that you are having this experience with your new smart glasses. Knowing that the battery is only lasting about three hours and that the nose pads have already worn down your nose after just a few days of use is deeply concerning to us. We design our wearable technology to be both highly functional and comfortable for extended daily wear, so this is definitely not the standard we aim for.
To help optimize your battery life, we highly recommend checking for any pending firmware updates in the app and minimizing heavy, continuous features like live-streaming or constant audio playback, which can drain power much faster. As for the physical discomfort, your safety and comfort are our top priorities. Please reach out to our dedicated Meta Support team immediately so we can evaluate the fit, look into potential hardware options, or explore an exchange to ensure you can wear your glasses comfortably and safely.

I purchased a month ago. I have had five additional sets of the Ray Ban edition. I do not understand why you would have the conversation enhancement feature on these glasses. It also turns on the auto capture feature when im just trying to take a picture. Also, it took FOREVER to sync to my phone. I feel like there is A LOT of room for improvement. I also would havr just purchased the screen version of the raybans if I didnt have to go to some special place to watch a demonstration. I think that is too absurd, asking too much. There isnt even a place around me that does the presentation. I wish you would have tried harder. There is also a golf feature on these. Who cares? Who uses that compared to a number of other all encompassing features you could have utilized. I hope you do some well deserved updates. Thanks.

Hi Mraza
Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts with us! We are thrilled to hear that you are loving your smart glasses, but we completely understand how eager you are to unlock the full potential of Meta AI features in Bahrain. It is our goal to make these amazing conversational tools and smart features accessible to as many people across the globe as possible.

Please rest assured that our team is working diligently to expand our footprint, and we have shared your feedback directly with our development path to emphasize the demand in your area. Thank you for your amazing support and patience as we grow!

Great looking glasses

I have the meta fury glasses. Bought them for riding my dirt bike and vacation. I do love the look, but the glasses after a hour of wearing them hurt my nose and especially the ears. Constantly fall off my nose because of the weight of the glasses and that I have a slim facial structure.

Hello there, it is awesome to hear that you love using your Meta Fury glasses for vacations. To get a much more secure and snug fit for your slim facial structure, you can easily shape the adjustable temple tips by hand. Simply apply steady, gentle pressure at the ends to bend them inward by about 5 millimeters.

Hi Benea, We would love to help with the audio issues you've experienced with your brand new Meta Fury Glasses.
Based on what you've advised we would recommend first checking that the Meta AI app and your glasses firmware are fully up to date.
If you find everything is already up to date or if you still can't be heard clearly following the updates we would then recommend ensuring that microphone adjustment is enabled by following the steps below:
1. Open the Meta AI App and tap the Glasses icon
2. Tap Settings
3. Tap Microphone Troubleshooting
4. Turn Microphone Adjustment on.
If you do find that your issue still persists after you enable the microphone adjustment then we would urge you to reach out to our support team through the official Meta website.

Bad battery. Durability of the worst.

The volume up and down bar does not work as advertised. It constantly fails when trying to lower the volume or turns off the audio. The battery does not last the 8 hours it claims. In less than two hours of continuous use, the battery drains quickly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi there!
We see you have a couple of issues with your new Meta Fury glasses and we would love to help!
For detailed articles on how to make the most out of your new frames please visit us over at the Meta AI Glasses Help Center, there you will find useful things on volume controls and battery health.
With continuous use we would expect the battery to drain faster than normal, but with up to 40 hours of additional charge, with a fully charged case it won't take long before you are back up and running!
