[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don’t like that this machine doesn’t have a pulse monitor on the handles. The handles are not sturdy and shake when walking and holding on. I was very disappointed.

New Damaged Treadmill and Nobody Will Respond to Fixing It!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new treadmill makes a constant squeaking noise and using the incline is very loud and not normal. I cannot get anyone to call me back and set up an appointment to fix this new treadmill. It really needs to be replaced, as I am pretty sure that this was caused my dragging in down my outdoor steps and pounding it down each step.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best treadmill that we’ve owned. The interface was a little confusing at first, but now seems so simple. The fan is fantastic, run feel is soft, and I’d highly recommend buying one.

Great Treadmill!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything works great. The touch screen is hard to use sometimes, as there are difficulties when making the selection (speed an incline) you have to touch them a few times before it actually sets. Other than that no issues
