Dead On Arrival - Needed mainboard and touch panel

Oven was unresponsive at initial hookup. Verified proper power was provided then called GE service. Technician concluded it needed a new main board and touch panel. Parts were ordered and it took over a week for them to arrive. Parts were installed now the oven works great. We have used it for a few weeks now and have no complaints so far. Let's hope that this issue was a one time event.

Love the oven the mobile app etc. not so much

We installed ourselves and the oven works great, is quiet, stays cool outside of the oven and cooks really well with all features. It takes a while to get use to the mobile app however.

Great features and convenience

So far it’s been awesome, operate oven from phone is unbelievable. Many options on cooking methods e.g. air fry, convection are amazing. Only issue is have to find a way to calibrate temperature, cooks a little higher then saying.

Reliable; Got Us Back in the Game

This oven was my only choice for a 200 mile radius, 3 days before Christmas. We got, installed it and were back in business...so happy for that! Only downside is that it takes forever to heat up...slower than my previous 20 year old GE oven.

Air fry option is GREAT; have been using it to crisp up baked items and using it alone; connectivity has been good; menu is easy to operate.
