A wonderful addition to my kitchen!

Easy to use with plenty of cooking options. I am a fan of home automation and the use of apps to connect and control everything, and this oven offers that. Also, using the temperature probe is very easy and gives very accurate readings. I love this oven! Btw, I have it stacked under my GE microwave!

Great oven, terrible software.

The oven does a great job cooking, but the software is terrible. The best thing to do is turn off anything related to internet connectivity, weather and updates. We bought this new in October - an update in December caused the oven to reboot (black screen - check for updates) daily, even while in use. Weeks after opening a support case, another update fixed that issue. But something as simple as weather updates fail - the weather will stay stuck on a single temperature for days. Luckily all this can be turned off, but it is disappointing when a feature doesn't work. Recommendation to GE - if you are not going to commit to 99% uptime and cloud connectivity for 20 years - don't sell the feature.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Oven

This over pairs nicely with the Advantium Wall Oven. I love having two ovens and appreciate that I can turn on this oven from my phone via the SmartHQ App. I haven't had the oven very long but love the features and it works great.

We love our new wall oven with air fryer built it, the food is amazing, we love the black stainless, purchased the convection oven and dishwasher, still waiting for those to arrive. Also purchased the ge profile cooktop (love it too).

If you looking for a true convection oven that cooks everything perfectly trough, this is your oven! We are life time fans of GE because all their appliances are made so well.

New Smart Oven

Never had a smart oven. Touch pad is easy to use and app on phone once you get it set up. Oven and android phone instructions did not work. Instructions seemes dates but the guy at the 1800# was great and got me connected
