The oven is fine but I'm not sure of company service right now. First the bottom trim plate included with the oven was not the right one; I have yet to receive the right one.(but I did get a grill meant for someone else). I asked for a printed user manual and what I got was a manual for a gas cook top. I haven't had a chance to really use the oven as we left for a extended vacation shortly after installation so can't really testify as to the quality; I just hope it's better that the parts/shipping department.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I really would like an air fryer rack . Frigidaire has one but it doesn’t fit this oven

Replaced a "higher end" product which lasted about 10 years, repair was not a viable option so decided to replace and went with recommendation of my trusted appliance repair guy....I couldn't be happier. Oven fit perfectly into cabinet opening no problem, wired up and running in no time. On big positive noticeable difference convection baking/roasting is super quiet unlike the "high-end" oven it replaced

Love love this range. Connecting it to my smartphone is so convenient. I don’t have to run downstairs to turn it off, let’s me know when it’s done and I turn it on and off when I’m away from it. We’re a GE FAMILY...never disappoints the family.

The oven was easy to install in the existing built-in cabinet just like the sales rep said it would. The ease of operating the oven is good. The dishes I've prepared have turned out great.

Works great, Looks great, even works as an Air Fryer. User interface is simple and intuitive. WiFi does more then I thought it would, a very useful addition.
